About CFW

Committed for Waterfowl is a broad-based collaborative community initiative, that assists in the preservation and improvement of waterfowl habitat in and around the southeastern United States, as well as the conservation of sporting values for future generations. Our goal is to connect all people with a like minded interest in waterfowl to join together and pool our combined resources to make waterfowl restoration, in the southeastern United States, a priority and also to make sure that the work we do today is carried on by future generations.

[February 27, 2010] - Wood Duck Box Restoration

CFW will be cosponsoring a wood duck box restoration event with local wildlife agencies.  We will be repairing boxes, placing new boxes, and collecting GPS coordinates on each box to add to our interactive geographical system of duck boxes in the Mobile-Tensaw Delta.

 

[February 28, 2010] - LA HRC Event

CFW board members will be attending the Lower Alabama Retriever Club spring hunt to show support for local dog handlers and hunters on the eastern shore.

[May 2010] - Kickoff Banquette
